Clear information about how Codezela Technologies UK handles personal information shared through this website.
Last updated: 27 August 2026
Who we are
Codezela Technologies Ltd, trading as Codezela Technologies UK, is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Our headquarters are at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. You can contact us at info@codezela.co.uk.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the name, work email, company, area of interest and message you provide. We also process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, which may include an IP address, browser information, request time and security signals generated when you use the contact form.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the general enquiry form unless we specifically ask for it and provide an appropriate way to do so.
How and why we use it
We use enquiry information to review your request, respond, arrange a relevant conversation, maintain a record of business correspondence and protect the website from abuse. Depending on the context, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and developing our business, taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and complying with legal obligations.
We do not use the contact form to add you to an unrelated marketing list. If we introduce optional marketing communications, we will provide a clear choice and an easy way to unsubscribe.
Who processes the information
Cloudflare Turnstile processes security signals to distinguish legitimate form use from automated abuse. Resend processes the enquiry for email delivery to our London team. Hosting, infrastructure and professional advisers may process limited information where necessary to operate the website, support the business or meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information.
International processing
Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where a restricted international transfer occurs, we expect the relevant provider arrangements to use an applicable adequacy decision, contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiries and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a current or prospective business relationship, resolve a dispute and meet legal, accounting or security obligations. The exact period depends on the nature of the enquiry and whether a continuing relationship develops. Security logs are retained for shorter operational periods where practical.
Cookies and similar technology
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary storage or similar technology to provide the security check requested when you submit the form. If non-essential analytics or marketing technology is introduced, the site and this notice must be updated and an appropriate consent choice provided before it is activated.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, receive certain information in a portable form, and object to particular processing.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Tell us your circumstances and we will consider whether there are compelling reasons to continue.
To make a request, email info@codezela.co.uk. We may need to confirm your identity before completing it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through ico.org.uk.
Automated decisions
The website contact process does not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Turnstile makes an automated security assessment only to protect the form from abuse.
